Speedliner Series
Abrasion Resistant Coatings
Speedliner™ is a high performance urethane elastomeric coating designed for high build applications. When fully cured Speedliner™ forms a tough, abrasive resistant rubber coating, suited for applications requiring protection from impact, abrasion or corrosion on metal, wood or concrete surfaces. Used as a spray in bed liner for the automotive industry for over twenty years, for water proofing boats and marine applications, excellent non skid and non-slip on wood and concrete surfaces. We also have a specially formulated version for acid and alkali resistant or higher abrasion applications.
Speedliner™ was invented by Industrial Polymers in 1995 as a spray-on truck bed liner product for light duty pick-up trucks. It is used in applications where a flexible rubber coated surface is needed to resist abrasion, impact and corrosion over metal, fiberglass or masonry surfaces. It offers easy mixing and simple spray-on application through a low cost gravity feed hopper spray gun or may be applied by brush or paint roller.
Speedliner™ can be mixed with sand and or aluminum oxide grit additives to provide an aggressive nonskid surface. It can also be used with our Kevlar™* fiber additive to improve cut and tear resistance. Speedliner™ is packaged in convenient one gallon containers complete with 1 quart activator, approved for both US domestic and international shipping. A variety of colorants are sold separately to be mixed at time of use.

Speedliner™ 1000 Test Results for Spray-in Bedliners
The following are the reports from a variety of tests that show the high performance you get from Speedliner®. These are not “in-house” tests, but tests conducted by independent, impartial laboratories.
Test results for spray-in bedliners performed in independent labs show that Speedliner® 1000 is the most durable spray-in bedliner solution on the market. Spray-in bedliners undergo many rigors in “real-world application.”
At Speedliner® we have tested our products to make sure that not only do they outperform our competitors, but they exceed the expectations of our customers that use them every day. When evaluating a spray-on bedliner application the tensile strength of the spray on bedliner, the tear strength of the the spray-in application, resistance to abrasion, elongation properties among others are tested to ensure that your finished spray-in bedliner products are tried and true. The test results for Spray-in bedliners are conclusive. Speedliner® 1000 is the leading spray-in bedliner solution on the market!
