TrueCast™ products combine high strength and durability with easy processing at room temperature (no heating or post curing is required). All TrueCast™ products provide for rapid mold production and excellent durability. Our urethane molding rubbers provide the highest tensile strength and tear resistance in the industry.

Rubber molds are an easy low cost method of manufacturing a variety of concrete and plaster display items as well as industrial wheels, bumpers and seals. A rubber mold is constructed by pouring TrueCast™ around an existing piece of art, a clay master or industrial part, which has been coated with molding release agent. Within hours the TrueCast™ molding material can be removed from the objects surface. The finished mold can be refilled with a variety of casting materials to make hard or flexible parts. We offer 14 different hardness of molding compounds ranging from Shore 0 A to Shore 90 A. Our softer molding compounds are used to create molds of irregular shaped objects with deep undercuts. Harder TrueCast™ molding products are used for casting more abrasive concrete or masonry products as well as durable rubber parts. The following TrueCast™ products are listed in order of increasing hardness beginning with our softest GTS-00 and ending with our most rigid GTS-90 molding product. Many of the following TrueCast™ products are also used as coatings over flexible foams and for casting solid rubber parts like bumpers, gaskets, seals and wall displays.
TrueCast™ offers an extensive range of cure times; mixing ratios and physical properties to best fit your application. The TrueCast™ products are easy to use, simply mix the A and B components together and pour. Within minutes, TrueCast™ begins to cure into a flexible mold or durable rubber part.

(0 Shore A) Our softest molding product also used for casting sound absorption mats, vibration and impact control devices.

(10 Shore A) Very soft. Used for creating molds from sculptures with very deep undercuts.
(20 Shore A) Soft. Greater strength and physical properties than GTS-10 but soft enough for difficult molds.
(30 Shore A) Soft. Improved physical properties and increased mold life over softer versions.
(40 Shore A) Our most popular molding material easy 1 to 1 mix by volume with good chemical resistance.

(50 Shore A) Molding product providing easy 1 to 1 mix ratio by weight, 7 minute working life and unique transparent amber color.

(55 Shore A) 2 to 1 mix ratio by weight provides a unique translucent blue color.
(55 Shore A) Providing easy 1 to 1 mix by volume, excellent for mold making or casting rubber parts.
Offers the same physical properties as the original GTS-55 with twice the working life (12-14 minutes).
(60 Shore A) A neutral buoyancy flexible urethane used for casting under water aquarium displays.
NBP is used for casting replicas of marine life for display in commercial aquariums.
(65 Shore A) Best for concrete molds or casing solid rubber parts and fenders.
Offers the same physical properties as the original GTS-65 with twice the working life (12-14 Minutes)
(70 Shore A) Fast set 2 to 1 mix ratio by weight or volume, excellent for manufacturing rubber parts.
(85 Shore A) Fast set 2 to 1 mix by volume, fast 6 minute working life, excellent for rubber parts.
(90 Shore A) Our hardest mold making product, also used for casting hard yet flexible rubber parts.

In addition to TrueCast™ molding materials, Industrial Polymers, Inc. offers many different polymer casting products (PureCast, SpeedSet™, RimCast™, ProtoCast™ GT-80R, PolyWood™ and PolyStone™) which can be poured into your rubber mold to make durable urethane parts with a variety of physical and wear properties. You can manufacture rubber wheels, gaskets, wipers, bumpers and seals by simply mixing and pouring our urethane products into your rubber mold. Our TrueCast™ products are also used to manufacture rubber parts or pads for impact absorption and vibration control. TrueCast™ may be coated to achieve a particular color. All TrueCast™ molding products are low odor, two component, 100% solids urethane materials.
