Clear Elegance is a clear floral arranging product, which creates the illusion of fresh, clear water. It holds silk flower stems securely in a permanently bonded clear urethane. Simply measure and mix equal amounts of the A and B components of Clear Elegance and pour into a clear glass vase.  It's as easy as that. The following day your silk flowers will look like real flowers in a vase of clear fresh water. Clear Elegance arrangements will last a lifetime; no maintenance or watering is required.

Mix Ratio: 1 part, A component to 1 part B component measured by volume 
Working Life: 12 hours @ 72 degrees F 
Full Cure: 24 hours @ 72 degrees F

Application Instructions: Place and arrange silk flowers in vase using tape or modeling clay to temporally hold flowers in position. Estimate the amount of mixed Clear Elegance needed to fill vase. Use a glass, plastic or metal container to measure equal amounts of Clear Elegance A and B liquid components into a clean dry container. Mix thoroughly by hand with plastic or metal stir stick for 3 minutes then pour contents into vase using a funnel and plastic tubing.  Care should be taken not to create trapped air bubbles while pouring Clear Elegance around silk flower stems. Arrangement should be allowed to set undisturbed for 24 hours. For best results vase and all floral stems must be completely dry, the presence of moisture or liquid water may cause bubbles while curing. Items containing trapped air must be sealed. Wood, paper or porous stones must be pre-coated coated with Clear Elegance or sealer prior to placing in Clear Elegance to prevent air from escaping and forming bubbles. Clear coating must be thoroughly dry before Clear Elegance can be applied. 

 

Storage: Clear Elegance can be stored for one year in unopened containers. 

Safety Precautions: Clear Elegance produces no odor or fumes, contains no volatile organic compounds (VOC).
